We currently carry the UK brand Ginger Ray which is known for refined party products. We are bringing in other brands from Europe and the US

Do the products arrived assembled?
All our products are self- assembly and do not arrive assembled.

How do I assemble my decorations?
Please refer to the instructions on the product descriptions listed on our website before purchasing
The instructions are also on the packaging of the products.

How do I fill the helium balloons?
We suggest that you fill your balloons in your local neighborhood balloon shop.

How do I fill the air balloons?
For smaller displays like the balloon mosaics, it shouldnt be a problem to blow these up with your mouth.
For larger displays like arches, we suggest using a manual or electric balloon pump. We dont yet have these for sale to our customers during our soft launch.

Why dont the balloons come with the mosaics?
Check the description of each item because, in some themes, the balloons are included with the mosaic.
But when theyre not, its because we want you to choose the color that best matches your vision and theme.
You will see the price reflects this - mosaics without included balloons cost less than mosaics that do include them.

Why do you sell packages?
We do the thinking for you. We take the stress of mixing and matching and make the shopping process as easy as possible for you.
This also allows us to manage the inventory to make full themes available to you.

What if I dont want an entire package?
We want to hear whats working for our customers. In this soft launch phase, during 2023, if a package is not exactly what you wished for
and you want to make some changes, please contact us by
